The panel will have conversations about consumer opportunities in the new world. With the internet, social media and new requirements for sustainability reporting, the opportunity for consumers to engage, interact and act increases - both through boycotts and by supporting companies. But what effects does it have? Is it fair or is it that those who try to "save the world" are judged more harshly than those who go under the radar? Can sustainably targeted companies that go from niche to mainstream be prepared to receive criticism?
