The Executive MBA at SSE
The SSE MBA Executive Format is built on a general management foundation. The program is structured into themed modules, each consisting of a set of related courses.
You can tailor your learning through elective courses offered at SSE’s campuses and at partner schools within the Global Network for Advanced Management.
One degree and three additional certificates
The program is delivered in English across Stockholm, Riga, Singapore, and Silicon Valley. You will earn an MBA degree, as well as three additional certificates through collaborations with the Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education, the National University of Singapore, and the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM).
In today’s data-driven environment, the partnership with the Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education (CGOE) provides skills in business analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. MBALive® pedagogy and LeadershipLive program
Through the MBALive® pedagogy, you work on live projects and apply your knowledge in real organizations. This gives you practical experience in real organizations. You also take part in a leadership program with a professional coach to help you develop your leadership and career path.
Program structure
Over 18 months, you take part in ten immersive on-campus weeks, each running from Monday to Friday, for a total of 50 days. Full in-person attendance during these weeks is mandatory, including evening sessions.
Between campus weeks, you are expected to allocate time for self-study, digital learning components, and examinations. The program is intensive and includes case discussions, interactive lectures, group work, and simulations.
