Participants in the SSE MBA Executive Format are experienced professionals who continue working full time while studying. They are motivated, curious, and focused on developing their leadership skills. 

They want to strengthen their business understanding, challenge their thinking, and solve real-world problems. With an international perspective, they aim to understand what drives organizational success and apply this knowledge in their daily work.

Participants come from a wide range of academic fields, including engineering, law, economics, business, medicine, chemistry, psychology, and political science. They represent industries such as manufacturing, automotive, technology, life sciences, forestry, entertainment, telecommunications, retail, and financial services. 

 

Participants work in organizations of all sizes across both the private and public sectors, and some are entrepreneurs. Each cohort is diverse, with no single typical participant profile.
