For suppliers

The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) works with suppliers who share our commitment to quality, transparency, and long-term collaboration. On this page, you will find information about how to work with us, our requirements for suppliers, and practical details related to invoicing.

Working with SSE

We aim to build long-term relationships with suppliers based on trust, professionalism, and clear expectations. Our procurement processes are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with SSE’s values and operational needs.

All suppliers are expected to comply with SSE’s policies and guidelines. In particular, the Code of Conduct is a mandatory part of all agreements and outlines requirements related to ethics, sustainability, and responsible business practices.

Become a supplier

If you are interested in becoming a supplier to SSE, please complete the supplier application form. Your application will be reviewed, and we will contact you once the process is completed.

Sustainability and responsibility

SSE is committed to sustainable development and works to integrate environmental and social considerations into its operations. We expect our suppliers to support this approach and to contribute to responsible and sustainable practices within their own operations.

Electronic invoicing

SSE accepts electronic invoices via Pagero only. This ensures efficient and secure invoice handling.

If you are already connected to the Pagero network, you can begin sending invoices directly. If not, Pagero provides several options to get started, regardless of your company’s size or technical setup. Please follow the instructions on Pagero’s onboarding page.
