Year 1
Semester 1: Getting up to speed
You build a solid foundation in business creation and development. The courses in the first semester equip you with knowledge and tools from key disciplines, enabling you to generate, identify, and pursue new business opportunities.
The courses Operations Strategy and Management Accounting and Control include one joint live project.
Semester 2: Harnessing uncertainty and change
Change may be gradual or rapid, but it affects all types of organizations. You will learn to continuously identify and pursue new opportunities for value creation and to act and make decisions in uncertain and complex environments.
Each course in year 1 is linked to real-life projects in collaboration with SSE’s partner companies.
Year 2
Semester 3: Customize your studies
In the third semester, you shape your individual profile by choosing learning opportunities that match your ambitions. You can broaden your knowledge by taking electives, going on exchange, or specializing in sustainability or data analytics (30 ECTS). Choose from:
Semester 4: Master's thesis and reflection
In the fourth semester, you write your Master's thesis (30 ECTS), demonstrating your ability to work with change, innovation, and growth in a research context. As part of the Stockholm Köpmansklubb’s MBI Personal Leadership Track, you also reflect on your development in the out-troduction module and integrate the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program.
