Applications are now open for this autumn's introductory course, Next Step!
For elite athletes, the program provides an opportunity to begin exploring skills and pathways beyond their active sporting careers. For participants from the Swedish Armed Forces, it is an opportunity to continue developing, broaden their perspectives, and strengthen their leadership.
Next Step consists of two intensive days where elite athletes and high-performing professionals from the Swedish Armed Forces come together to discuss performing under pressure, setbacks, the courage to dare to fail, leadership, and culture.
Despite coming from different worlds, there are many common denominators: responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and the ability to perform when it truly matters. When sectors come together, new perspectives emerge - and sometimes unexpected insights.
