Olle Söder, Head of Lifestyle, discussed how Synsam's Lifestyle Subscription changed operations and goals for Synsam over the last 10 years. Olle showed how Synsam pioneered such a concept, redefining a historically traditional industry, while also being able to strengthen and keep customer relationships. Today, the Lifestyle Subscription concept is widely used/incorporated by competitors, yet Synsam continues to excel as a market leader through their key strategies that keep the customer in the forefront of strategic vision.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) is a concept that is widely applicable to all the RM student's courses, and we are so grateful for Olle's insight on the importance of CLV strategy in a company's growth.
