The government has tasked Sida with evaluating its initiatives using scientific methods, a decision grounded on the guidance provided by Martina Björkman Nyqvist, Professor of Economics and Director of Misum at the Stockholm School of Economics, on evidence-based approaches during spring 2025.

The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) has been granted over SEK 24 million from the Swedish Migration Agency’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), co-financed by the EU, to establish a new Center for Migration and Integration. The center is headed by Associate Professor Lin Lerpold at SSE’s House of Governance and Public Policy.

This year’s Academy of Management (AOM) conference, the largest annual gathering of management and organization scholars, brought together more than 13,000 participants in Copenhagen. Among the many areas represented, sports-related management research continues to gain traction.
