How can municipalities strengthen Sweden's total defence and societal resilience? Together with MSB and four pilot municipalities, SSE's Center for Security and Resilience has launched Utvecklingskommuner - a new initiative testing how research, government, and business can collaborate to build preparedness for future crises.
