The Swedish Economics Association's annual meeting was held Wednesday afternoon, where Sweden’s Minister for Finance, Magdalena Andersson, presented the government’s budget proposal.

Thanks to a collaboration between Maria Bonnier Dahlin Foundation, Bonniers Konsthall and Stockholm School of Economics, works from the foundation are being displayed at SSE for a longer period of time. To increase the variation in The Bonnier Staircases, some works have during October 2021 been exchanged by others. We welcome artworks by Olof Marsja, Sunniva McAlinden, Per Hüttner, Helena Mutanen, Lisa Jonasson and Hilde Retzlaf to the school.

Fairouz Hussien, a Ph.D. student at the Department of Marketing and Strategy, and Jan Starmans, an Assistant Professor at the Department of Finance, receive the award for Outstanding Pedagogical Achievements Spring 2021. With this award SSE wants to highlight and inspire great teachers and contribute to developing pedagogical tools and techniques.
