Dialogues on Digital 2026 brings together leaders and experts from across sectors to examine these interconnected challenges and the ideas, technologies, and collaborations shaping the future of food. Across three sessions, our speakers will explore the future of food from the perspectives of sustainability, resilience, and health.
But the conversation will not stop at the stage. This year’s conference also invites participants to continue the conversation while exploring, tasting, and discussing emerging food innovations at our Future Food Fair, arranged in collaboration with Sweden Foodtech.

What we eat is one of the strongest determinants of how long and how well we live. Diet-related conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease are increasing worldwide, placing growing pressure on healthcare systems and blurring the traditional boundaries between food, nutrition, and medicine. Bringing together perspectives from the food industry, pharmaceutical innovation, and research, this session explores how these sectors can work together to make nutritious choices more accessible and shape a future of food that supports both individual well-being and public health.
