Carolina Sachs brings over 30 years of leadership in driving sustainable business innovation across diverse industries, including a 12-year tenure as Secretary General at Axfoundation. Serves as a board director for organisations such as the Swedish Board of Agriculture, Bergsundet Group, and Rebaba, while actively investing in early-stage food and ag-tech ventures. Currently acts as Senior Sustainability Advisor at Eidra, helping businesses scale impact and navigate future-proof growth.

Daniel Sachs is a Swedish business leader, investor, and philanthropist working at the intersection of finance, democracy, and inclusive growth. He is the founder and CEO of P Capital Partners, a leading Northern European private credit firm providing long-term, bespoke financing to entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses. Through the Daniel Sachs Foundation, he champions initiatives that strengthen democracy, renew political institutions, and expand pathways to more inclusive societies. He serves as Vice Chair of the Open Society Foundations and Chair of its Investment Committee. For over a decade, David von Laskowski has led Picadeli’s growth into one of Europe’s leading healthy fast-food brands, with more than 2,500 salad bars across Europe and the United States. He has driven Picadeli’s digital transformation, developing the technology and use of data that support its expansion. Previously, David was CEO of Candyking Group and Visma Retail, and Deputy CEO of Axcent of Scandinavia. He serves on the board of Lyko and has been named Sweden’s Large Cap CEO of the Year. David holds a PhD from the Stockholm School of Economics and has conducted research at Stanford University and Columbia University.
Johanna Sandahl
Strategist for resilient food systems at City of Stockholm
Johanna Sandahl is a strategist for resilient food systems at the City Executive Office of the City of Stockholm. An agronomist by training, she has worked throughout her career on environmental and climate issues. Before joining the City of Stockholm, she served as full-time President of the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation and the European Environmental Bureau (EEB), Europe’s largest network of environmental organisations. Johanna is a member of the Swedish National Commission for UNESCO, the KTH Environmental Humanities Laboratory steering committee, and the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry.

Marika King
Head of PINC (Paulig venture arm)
Marika King is the Head of PINC, the corporate venture arm of Paulig, a European Food & Beverage company with HQ in Finland (owner of e.g. Santa Maria). Marika is a former McKinsey consultant turned author and development worker in Africa who then helped scale an architecture company from 20 to 80 people. Now she is working with her passions: food, health, sustainability, and entrepreneurs.
Mats Liedholm
Managing Director of Fazer Sweden
Mats Liedholm is a passionate Food & Beverage executive with 35+ years in the industry. An SSE graduate, he began his career at Kraft Foods, working with iconic brands such as Gevalia and Marabou. He later held senior marketing roles at Spendrups, led Valora Trade Sweden as MD, and served as Marketing Director at ICA. Since joining Fazer, Mats has developed Fazer Lifestyle Foods and, since 2021, leads Fazer Sweden as MD, focused on building and expanding Fazer’s footprint in Sweden. Beyond Fazer, Mats is active in industry organisations and various boards.
