Vacancy: Affiliated Researcher position in the project ‘Solving the integration challenge of high-skilled migrants: the central role of merits’ – at the Stockholm School of Economics Institute for Research
The Stockholm School of Economics Institute for Research seeks an affiliated researcher to study recruitment, discrimination and the labor market integration of highly skilled migrants. Join a collaborative project using a unique recruitment database and survey experiments to advance research on migration and integration.
The successful candidate will have built a research agenda during their PhD, as evidenced by publications or conference papers, in the broad field of migration and integration. Their general disciplinary background should be within the social sciences, preferably in sociology or management with a focus on migration and integration. They master quantitative methods and have a very good understanding of survey experiments.
Candidates should thrive in a collaborative environment while driving their contribution to the project independently. The applicants must hold a PhD by time of employment.
