Study Visit at Axel Johnson and Axfood

Students were hosted by Pernilla Oldmark (EVP People & Culture, Axel Johnson) who shared insights on Axel Johnson’s history and future. They also had the opportunity to learn about grocery retailing from Simone Margulies (CEO Axfood) and Shoan Etemadi (CEO Hemköp & Tempo). 

For the students, it was a chance to step outside the classroom, ask questions directly to retail leaders, and connect what they are learning with how retail works in practice.
