SSE Business Lab connects SSE, KI and KTH

SSE Business Lab has launched the Sthlm Pitch Meetup initiative, a new forum for entrepreneurship. Together with partners KTH Innovation and KI Innovation, the aim is to exchange experiences and ideas and be inspired by others.

The first Sthlm Pitch Meetup recently took place in the new premises of SSE Business Lab. The idea is for there to be three entrepreneurs pitching each time: one from each of the universities and a panel consisting of one representative from each partner organization, plus one invited guest. In addition, the audience can vote for a winner.

During the first successful event, three inspiring entrepreneurs presented their ideas to the panel in front of an engaged and knowledgeable audience that filled the entire hall.

“SSE, KTH and KI are three top schools, located within a 1.2-kilometer radius in one of the world’s most innovative cities. We want to provide a meeting forum for the people connected to these three schools, who have an interest in entrepreneurship. We see a great opportunity for this to lead to more innovative companies being started by teams with different backgrounds in the future,” says Douglas Stark, CEO at SSE Business Lab.

After the pitches, the audience voted for the best pitch. The winner this time was: Språk i vården from KI.
