In 2025, the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) celebrates 100 years at Sveavägen 65. As part of this milestone, we renovated one of the most iconic spaces on campus – the Aula. The restoration is now complete, but there are still a limited number of chairs available to sponsor.

Since 1925, Nobel laureates, policymakers, and leading scholars have taken the stage in the Aula. Over time, the room has hosted more than five million individual sittings.
The Aula has now been carefully restored and updated to meet the needs of today’s students, faculty, and community, while preserving its historical character. It continues to serve as a central space for academic and public events at SSE.
