Why did you participate in the MSc Mentor Program?

For me, the mentor program offered a great opportunity to get a glimpse of professional working life in Sweden. Sessions with my mentor gave me the opportunity to reflect on upcoming decisions and helped me continue growing both personally and professionally. I was also able to expand my network in Sweden, which I found very valuable.

Has the program met your expectations? Why?

My expectations were certainly exceeded, since I learned a lot about both Swedish working culture and myself thanks to Vivian.

Have you developed and/or improved any personal skills during the program?

I learned the importance of summarizing my thoughts before our sessions. This allowed us to maximize the time we spent together and enabled us to focus on the topics and questions I needed to reflect on further.
