HoSS Open Lecture: The Promise and Peril of AI in Financial Analysis

Join us for an Open Lecture by the House of Sustainable Society (HoSS), together with the Accounting and Financial Management Center of Excellence (ACE), featuring Charles C.Y. Wang, Tandon Family Professor of Business Administration and MBA Curriculum Chair at Harvard Business School.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how financial analysis is conducted. But how far can large language models really go, and where do their limits lie? In this session, we will examine how AI tools are transforming fundamental analysis, from navigating complex corporate disclosures to extracting insights from vast volumes of financial data. The session will explore what works, what does not, and the risks analysts need to understand when applying AI in finance.

The lecture will take place in room Torsten at the Stockholm School of Economics from 17:00 to 18:00, followed by a mingle.
