What does it mean to be human in the organization of tomorrow?

Welcome to a panel discussion exploring how AI is reshaping work, decision-making, and the way organizations create value. Together with researchers and practitioners, we will reflect on how businesses can harness AI while cultivating human judgment, creativity, and a sense of purpose.

The growing ability of AI to automate tasks and the emergence of AI agents capable of taking on greater responsibilities will force companies to fundamentally rethink how they are structured and how decisions are made. But in the process, we risk making human contributions increasingly redundant. The choices we make about how AI is implemented in our organizations will have far-reaching consequences for the role of humans within them.

How will AI reshape the way we think, learn, work, and create value? What happens to our professional identities and our sense of purpose when machines can perform tasks we once considered uniquely human? And where will human capabilities continue to create competitive advantages for businesses?

Long-term differentiation and meaningful customer value will depend on how well we develop and combine human and artificial intelligence. How do we design organizations that continue to cultivate human capabilities and ensure that human judgment, creativity, and agency remain at the heart of progress?

These are some of the questions we will explore together, drawing on perspectives from research and practice. We look forward to welcoming you to the discussion.
