Welcome to an evening with Lilian Thuram
A conversation on meritocracy, racism and equal opportunity

Do we all have the same chance to succeed? We like to believe that talent and hard work decide who gets ahead, but how true is that when racism and discrimination shape our chances in life?
The Stockholm School of Economics warmly invites you to an evening with Lilian Thuram, football legend, author and founder of the Lilian Thuram Foundation - Education Against Racism. Through his writing and the work of his foundation, Thuram explores how racism is learned, perpetuated, and challenged.
The evening will feature a conversation with Thuram, followed by a panel discussion exploring how racism and discrimination shape opportunities, and what role universities can play in fostering greater inclusion.
