On Monday, 13 February, the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) will host a seminar where Ukraine's needs will be discussed from an economic and political science perspective with several leading experts. Direct from Kyiv, Nataliia Shapoval, Chairman of KSE Institute at Kyiv School of Economics, will give her views. What civilian support is most important for Ukraine to continue functioning during the current conflict? And what is needed in the long term to rebuild the country's infrastructure, research and education systems?
