SSE is committed to increasing access to graduate management education for students from diverse backgrounds. To support economically disadvantaged candidates, we offer a limited number of GMAT and GRE exam waivers.
If you are planning to take the GMAT or GRE test, this is an opportunity to take the exam free of charge and apply to SSE’s MSc programs for the next intake.
As part of the application, you will be asked to explain how taking the GMAT would support your educational and career goals and to describe your current financial situation. Please also note that applicants are expected to establish a meaningful connection with SSE prior to applying for the waiver — for example, by attending and actively participating in webinars or events, or by demonstrating interest in applying to one of SSE’s MSc programs.
Applicants must register for and take the GMAT as part of the application process for the 2027 MSc intake, demonstrate engagement with SSE, and provide proof of exam preparation. Waivers are currently available for both test center delivery and the GMAT online exam. Fee waivers are awarded on a rolling basis. Selected candidates may be invited to a short interview and will be notified via email.
