Jacob Dahlgren: Lars and Tinni

Lars and Tinni are two art flags created by Jacob Dahlgren for SSE in 2021 as part of his Flag Project.

The Flag Project at SSE was a multifaceted exhibition by Swedish artist Jacob Dahlgren that included a range of events and installations at the School during September and October 2021. As part of the exhibition, the two flags were installed on the flagpoles outside the SSE main building, welcoming students back to campus.

The Flag Project was previously presented at Kunsthalle Göppingen in 2020 and later at Sergels Torg in Stockholm in 2022.

The flags were named after Lars Strannegård, President of the Stockholm School of Economics, and Tinni Ernsjöö Rappe, Director of Art Initiative. The designs were created with them in mind.
