Anja Pärson
Alpine Skiing
Anja Pärson is the first, and as of this writing, the only person to win world championship gold in all five alpine disciplines. She is widely regarded in Sweden as one of the greatest alpine skiers of all time. Her legacy extends beyond Sweden: she is the women’s alpine skier with the most Olympic and World Championship medals in history. She has won 13 World Championship medals, 42 World Cup races, one Olympic gold medal, and seven World Championship gold medals. Since ending her alpine career, she has been a recurring presence on Swedish television, both as an expert commentator and as a contestant in competitions such as Let’s Dance and Mästarnas Mästare, which she won in 2024. She is also a lecturer and entrepreneur and runs her own company with her wife and stylist, Filippa Rådin.
