Björn Svensson

Born into a family of hockey enthusiasts, Björn Svensson is familiar with the demands of a professional career. He has had a long career, playing more than 400 games in the SHL for several clubs, as well as spells in Switzerland, Germany, and Croatia. In 2019, he switched from active play to become Player Development Manager at SICO, the union for Swedish ice hockey players in the SHL, HockeyAllsvenskan, and SDHL, where he focuses on improving post–ice hockey career prospects.
