Linnéa Wennergren

Linnéa Wennergren is a Swedish match racing sailor best known for her role as crew in the elite team WINGS, one of the world’s top women’s sailing squads. She was part of the team that won the Women’s Match Racing World Championship titles in 2014 and 2016, contributing to Sweden’s prominence in the sport. In 2016, her team also captured the WIM Series Championship, cementing its status at the highest level of international match racing. In 2024, WINGS, including Wennergren, secured a bronze medal at the Match Racing World Championships in Jeddah and earned a nomination for World Sailing’s Team of the Year, underlining sustained elite performance. Beyond competition, she is involved in athlete development through the WINGS program and co-founded the sportswear brand Gococo.
