Samuel Eriksson

Samuel Eriksson has dedicated his career to golf and specializes in optimizing operations and quality at golf resorts. He is a certified greenkeeper and works as a course manager for several golf clubs, including PGA Catalunya in Spain.

Why is education important? 

I want to gain more insight into economic matters in order to gain more access to interesting employment opportunities in the future. 

Why did you choose to participate in the MBA program? 

I felt that this program would suit me perfectly as it incorporates the economics and management focus that I want. Besides, all participants have the same preconditions, and no one has studied these subjects before, which creates a sense of security. 

What is your impression of the early phases of the course? 

So far, my impression is very good. The program keeps an appropriate and high level, which is important while being structured in a way that makes it easy to follow. 

Are there any differences from what you had expected? 

No, not really. We do some parts of the programs together with business leaders. I feel that everyone gains something, and that we complement each other. 

What is your recommendation to a person deciding whether or not to pursue an education? 

Dare to take a chance, it is worth the time and every penny that you invest.
