Membership

SSE Business Lab is located in A house at Östermalmsgatan 26A. The Activate and Incubate programs both include office space at SSE Business Lab with access to the facility around the clock.

Membership is paid by the startup and includes:

• 24-hour access: A key to the office and access to the space, meeting rooms and the perks of A house.
• Flex desk: A desk in our flex seat area (subject to availability).
• Program perks: All the perks of the Activate/Incubate offer.

Price, month 1–6: 500 SEK/month and person
Price, month 7–12: 750 SEK/month and person
Price, month 13–18: 1000 SEK/month and person
Price, Alumni companies: 2500 SEK/month and person

Please note that Activate companies get free membership for the duration of the 8 week program.

Add-ons

• Fixed desk: Get your own desk and chair.
  Price, month 1–6: 1500 SEK/month and person
  Price, month 7–12: 2000 SEK/month and person
  Price, month 13–18: 2500 SEK/month and person
  Price, Alumni companies: 4000 SEK/month and person
  
  
• Room: For teams in sizes 5-8 people there are private offices available upon request. There is currently a high demand for the rooms and a waiting list.
  Prices start at 7'500 SEK–12'500 per month, depending on how long you've been in the incubator

The membership is only available to admitted startups and team members.

Notice period for members

Sometimes we hire, and sometimes people leave. Startups are invoiced monthly (one month in advance) based on the number of members in our database. To adjust the number of members for the upcoming month, notice has to be given before the 20th of each month. The same applies to adjustments in fixed and flex desks.
