Jenny Primer, Country Head of People and Culture, and Immanuel Loutfi, People and Culture Partner, hosted an interesting theme lecture concerning CCEP’s efforts to promote workplace diversity and inclusion.

They both described a recruitment process that focuses not only on merits and visible diversity, but that also promotes diverse skill sets and backgrounds. It was also noted unconscious bias is something that affects us all, and they have implemented several practices to help mitigate these biases.
