Customer Insights at ICA

Marie Håkansson, Customer Insight Strategist, held a theme lecture together with two of her colleges from ICAs Customer Insight department.

The team from ICA introduced students to the day-to-day work tasks as a customer insight analyst, including data collection, data analysis, and strategic implications for ICA and for the firm's suppliers. Marie and her colleges also engaged the students and made an interactive session where students had to guess statistics from the company's data base. The session was finished off with a short Q&A and some concluding sentences from the hosts.
