Eleni Tjernberg, Retail Operations Manager at Swedish Match, provided an introduction of the Swedish Match Company and the different physical stores situated throughout Sweden. The visit was set at the Swedish Match store at Stureplan, where Eleni gave us a tour. The main purpose of the store visit was to provide the students with some valuable background information to prepare them for the first Swedish Match Workshop to take place later this fall.
