What can we learn from political and organizational leaders in the public sphere about responsible leadership?

Public performances of leadership shape impressions about who can lead and what good leadership looks like. By exploring how leaders challenge these unhelpful constraints and create alternatives, the work of the Center seeks to foster more creative and diverse practices of leadership. The Center also helps leaders to develop the political skills that enable them to be more responsive towards others.
