Accenture had a Theme Lecture about the digital consumers in the Nordic grocery industry.
Caroline Andersson, Digital Transformation Manager at Accenture, held a theme lecture about a recent study done by Accenture about the future of digital consumer within the Nordic Grocery Industry. The study focused on how Covid-19 has changed customer behavior and resulted in different areas for Nordic Grocery retailers to focus on, such as the sustainable customer, a convenient shopping experience, new offerings and shopping missions, the seamless experience, and using apps to create a seamless experience.
