Circular Business Model at H&M

H&M Retail Club had a workshop on sustainability and specifically a circular business model at their offices in Stockholm City.

Linn Af Klint, who works with new development and innovation at H&M, held a presentation about H&M pre-loved and future of the fashion market. Students were presented with three different cases on the topics of pricing pre-loved, delivery and return fees as well as cannibalization. The discussions evolved around benefits and risks, the shift in consumer behaviors and the importance of innovating as a company.
