The most rewarding aspect of mentoring is the reminder of how much we often take for granted. The MSc Mentorship Program allows me to see the world through fresh eyes again and reminds me that all skills are attainable with time and guidance. Mentoring a student is a purposeful endeavor that involves more than just providing guidance — it’s about genuinely engaging in someone’s growth and witnessing them discover their path.
The MSc Mentorship Program connects SSE Master students with alumni and professionals for one-to-one mentoring during the academic year. The program combines structured matching with flexible meetings, supporting both student development and mentor learning.
Join the mentorship program and support SSE Master students as they take the next step into their careers. As a mentor, you will support ambitious young professionals while developing your own leadership skills.
The MSc Mentorship Program takes place over one academic year (approximately nine months).
A successful mentorship depends on the relationship between mentor and student. The program gives you the opportunity to learn from the experience while building a meaningful and rewarding connection.
