As part of the Student Committee IDU's Sports & Business Week, we invite you to a Sport Talk with Anna Stenberg.

With a background in elite gymnastics and as an alumna of the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Anna Stenberg has built a career at the intersection of leadership, investing, and talent. She began her career as a LUMA at Kinnevik and went on to hold senior leadership roles over eight years at Kinnevik portfolio company MTG.

Drawing on her experience as both a leader and an entrepreneur, Anna later founded WES, a diversity-focused executive search firm specializing in building strong management teams and boards across Europe.

In our conversation, we will explore lessons from elite sport - how to navigate success and setbacks, build resilience, and translate a high-performance mindset into leadership and career growth.

Today, Anna has returned to Kinnevik in an investment role as Chief Platform Officer, where she supports portfolio companies through scaling challenges and helps them build high-performing teams as they grow.
