Sandra discussed her most passionate topics; returns, business, and e-commerce. Among the most interesting subject matters of the presentation was the practical actions Boozt has taken to block “return-abusers” and manage to lower the return rate by seven percent. This opened up for an intense Q&A at the end where students diligently got to ask questions before time eventually ran out and we had to wrap up.
