New Online Sales Channels at Fazer

The students in Fazer Retail Club had a workshop with Fazer's eCom team about new ways to sell online.

Fazer's eCom team held a workshop on new ways to sell online (in addition to DTC, traditional retail and marketplaces), how to integrate online channels to grow across them, and to provide a seamless experience. Innovative strategies for Fazer's digital expansion were explored.

With a focus on social commerce and quick commerce, the team discussed leveraging social media for interactive campaigns, influencer partnerships, and integrating quick commerce tactics like reminder-promotions. Collectively, participants collaborated to chart ideas that would steer Fazer towards a future where online sales channels amplify the brand's reach, relevance, and resonance in the ever-evolving digital marketplace.
