H&M Theme Lecture on business planning in practice

H&M had a theme lecture with focus on business planning and building a long-term vision for their Kids Wear.

Henrik Nordvall, Mens Wear Business Unit Director, talked about building a brand strategy in a changing world. He brought up the challenges H&M faces becoming an increasingly global company as well as the customer and government demands on sustainability, adding how H&M aspires to encourage sustainability in the industry. Further, he discussed the steps towards “the ultimate product” in their Kids Wear brand building, including exploring customer base, finding a purpose and formulating goals and a vision.
