Employer Branding at Clas Ohlson

Clas Ohlson held a workshop about Employer Value Proposition at their Sveavägen office in Stockholm.

Representatives Maria Thulemark and Rasmus Ericsson from the Clas Ohlson's Human Resources Department presented a comprehensive definition of the Employer Value Proposition and showcased Clas Ohlson's current strategy surrounding it. The students were asked to evaluate this side of the firm from an outside perspective, as well as present new or improved ways of communicating its message.

After working in groups, the students presented their ideas, ranging from communication with university students to aspects that make a retailer an attractive employer in general.
