Move With SSE: The Launch!

In a world of lectures, deadlines, and desk-bound days, it’s easy to forget that our minds thrive when our bodies move. Research shows that just a short burst of physical activity can sharpen focus, reduce stress, and elevate mood! Likewise, social interactions are not just nice to have, but include serious health benefits for mind and body. Therefore, we are proud to present the new concept: "Move With SSE"

The concept is created in collaboration between the Center for Sports and Business and the Center for Wellbeing, Welfare and Happiness, and will take place every Wednesday between 12:15-13:00.

For students and staff alike, this concept provides a space to create deeper connections within the school, while getting a break from the screen. It is completely free of pressure: running or walking is up to you! Either way, you reap the health benefits of both movement and connection.
