Words can explain, describe, interpret and give us a sense of understanding our collection. But where and how do we find the words when we talk about art? And how do words guide and direct our experiences and interpretation of a specific artwork?

Martin Grennberger is a writer, art critic, film curator and co-founder of the magazine Walden. His texts have been published in, among others, Svenska Dagbladet, Kunstkritikk, OEI. He is a producer for Film i samtidskonsten. He has curated film screenings at, among others, EXiS (Experimental Film and Video Festival, Seoul), Light Industry (New York), Moderna Museet (Stockholm) and Image Forum (Tokyo).
