Ahmed Kaharevic is an Affiliated Researcher at the House of Governance and Public Policy and Center for Migration and Integration Research (CMIR) at SSE, and a PhD candidate in Political Science at Linköping University.

Kaharevic conducts mixed-methods research on inclusion and citizenship in highly digitalised welfare states, with an emphasis on multi-ethnic and vulnerable neighbourhoods. He also has experience in digital governance research in the Western Balkans. His teaching centres on democratic and digital citizenship and governance.
