Through Campus Star, you will secure a primary contract with the owners SBS that remains valid throughout your time as a student. SSE only facilitates the application list to SBS. Therefore, the agreement you will receive is not with SSE Housing, but with SBS.
💬 General information:
- Brand new furnished apartments
- All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with an oven, and a sink. Additionally, ample hanging and storage facilities are available in the hallway. Each apartment is furnished with a built-in bed frame measuring 105 cm, complete with a mattress and space-efficient storage solutions. Furthermore, every apartment includes a dedicated storage room.
- The building complex also includes large areas for social gatherings, a gym, study rooms and a lecture hall.
- Communal laundry rooms, a recycling station, and bicycle and car parking are available within the complex.
- In the neighbourhood, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and pastry shops. Additionally, there are various sports facilities nearby, including football pitches/halls, tennis courts, and an ice rink.
- Convenient public transportation options, including buses and the Spånga commuter station, are located less than a kilometer away. It takes approximately 30 minutes from the apartment to Odenplan, a commuter train station situated a 5-minute walk from SSE.

If you rent an apartment for 12 months or longer, you will only be charged for 10 months, as June and July are rent-free.

*Home insurance is included for exchange students living in Spånga. Bachelor and Master students must arrange their own insurance.
