Design Thinking Observatory 2021 - 1 in 3 managers uses this approach - Roberto Verganti in the press
The Italian website zerounoweb.it published an article about how the use of Design Thinking is spreading in Italian companies in the energy, manufacturing, and design fields.
The analysis conducted on 368 managers responsible for different business units shows that Design Thinking is the most adopted model, used by almost a third of the sample (31.2%).
On this survey conducted by the Design Thinking 2021 Observatory, two distinct groups emerge - a first group that identifies Design Thinking as the dominant framework in the development of the 2020 project portfolio and a second group that instead prefers alternative models while complementary using Design Thinking itself.
