SITE annual Development Day conference will focus on environmental policy in Eastern Europe

This year’s SITE Development Day conference will focus on environmental policy in Eastern Europe, with a particular emphasis on global warming, energy transformation, and energy security.

At this year’s Development Day conference, we will discuss environmental policy in Eastern Europe, with a particular emphasis on global warming, energy transformation, and energy security. Russia, being one of the biggest producers and exporters of fossil fuels, will be discussed, but we will also be joined by experts from other parts of Eastern Europe. We will also discuss what Sweden can do to facilitate a green transition in the region.

Special guest

Update (2021-11-25): Due to unforeseen developments just happening in Swedish politics, our guest speaker Janine Alm Ericson will not be joining our annual conference. However, the conference will still be ongoing on schedule.
