Associate Professor Frida Pemer was interviewed in the podcast "Jobbfika", produced by Prevent, a non-profit organization for work environment, owned by Svenskt Näringliv, LO and PTK.

Based on studies of teams working remotely, Pemer discusses the importance of the soft values in contemporary work environments. She argues that social aspects continue to be valuable, and gives advice as to how technology can best serve to benefit an organization.
