Affiliated Research Fellow, Associate Professor - Uppsala University

Ingela Sölvell is an Affiliated Research Fellow with the Department of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology at the Stockholm School of Economics. Her research has a theoretical base in the entrepreneurship field. It is developed in the intersection of organizational theory and management. Key issues of interest are organizational formalization of new ventures, board professionalization, and continued innovation. With focus on organizational development, continued innovation and growth my research has a shared interest between theorists and policy makers. It constitutes a base for dialogue about organizational- and leadership issues related to up-scaling of young firms, as well as innovation and continued development in established firms in the service sector.

Ingela teaches and supervises students at all levels, from bachelor to doctoral students, and executive education. Teaching areas spans over entrepreneurship perspectives to organizational theory and leadership.
