Silvia Tedeschi

Silvia Tedeschi is a visiting PhD student at the House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics, hosted by Mattia Bianchi. She is a PhD student in Management of Digital Transformation at the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca.

Her research focuses on new product development, with particular attention to the design phase and the phenomenon of overfeaturing, considering both firm and customer perspectives. As an industrial PhD student, she has also worked within a firm, analyzing organizational processes to understand how digitalization can enhance performance, particularly in production management.

Outside of academia, Silvia enjoys exchanging ideas, learning from others, and building new relationships. She is interested in sports, traveling, and discovering new cultures, and has a particular passion for food and local cuisines.
