Knowledge work and professional services industry has grown dramatically in importance the past decade.
The aim of the research group is to study the nature and consequences of this development for individuals as well as organizations. On the demand side, our interest has focused on the procurement, use and management of consulting services, on the supply side we are interested in the management of consulting organizations and the work carried out within these organizations.
